Advocating for people confronting change since 1990

Elizabeth B. Bryant focuses her practice primarily on family law matters, and she has experience in business law as well. Located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and admitted to practice in Minnesota since 1990, she is a Certified Family Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Bryant's client base is largely comprised of people whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus having to deal with such related legal issues as property division, child custody and parenting time, spousal maintenance, and child support. She will often help them reach an accord on these matters by negotiating a comprehensive settlement agreement, but when that is not possible, she is a forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf. For her clients whose marriages have already been dissolved, Ms. Bryant works with them when they are seeking the enforcement of or modifications to existing support and parenting orders.

Ms. Bryant's successful track record, as well as her approach to what are often sensitive matters, have earned her a great deal of recognition from her colleagues. She has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell as well as a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. In addition, Ms. Bryant has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for several consecutive years. A fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, she obtained her legal education at the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an editor on the Michigan Journal of International Law before receiving her Juris Doctor in 1990.
